All premium domain names listed on this site are subject to availability and prior sale. While we strive for accuracy, descriptions, tags, and category designations are for general guidance only and do not constitute warranties of trademark suitability, search volume, or market value.

3. Offers & Negotiations

Submitting an offer on our site constitutes an invitation to negotiate. It is not a legally binding contract. A transaction is only binding once a formal written escrow agreement is signed and verified by a licensed third-party broker (e.g., Escrow.com).

4. Transfer & Registrar Policies

Upon receipt of funds by the escrow broker, we will release the authorization code (EPP) or initiate a registrar push to transfer ownership. The buyer is responsible for having an active registrar account (e.g., Namecheap, GoDaddy) and paying any local registry renewal or transfer fees.

5. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

Buyers are solely responsible for conducting trademark clearance for any domain name they acquire. Genius Domain Names makes no representation that listed domains do not infringe on existing company trademarks or branding rights.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the local jurisdiction guidelines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
